This Institutional Development Plan outlines the strategic priorities and actionable goals Eklavya Mahavidyalaya will pursue between 2024 and 2030 to strengthen academics, infrastructure, research, and community engagement.

Academic Excellence

  • Implement NEP 2020 and introduce CBCS (Choice-Based Credit System).
  • Encourage interdisciplinary studies and experiential learning.
  • Introduce skill-based certificate and diploma programs for employability.
  • Promote digital literacy via e-content and blended learning.

Infrastructure Development

  • Upgrade classrooms with ICT tools and smart teaching aids.

Faculty Advancement

Implementation & Timeline (2024–2030)

The IDP will be executed in phased milestones focusing on quick wins (2024–2025), medium-term projects (2026–2028), and long-term sustainable initiatives (2029–2030). Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be defined for each project area.

2024–2025

Quick wins: digital classrooms, library audit, faculty FDPs.

2026–2028

Medium-term: new labs, digital resource centre, placement cell strengthening.

2029–2030

Long-term: campus upgradation, research incubation, community outreach scale-up.
